Dana and her husband, Johnny, specialize in vacant land, farm and ranch properties, horse properties, and country homes. Raised in Tucumcari, New Mexico, Dana moved to Texas after high school and earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from West Texas A&M University. She has lived most of her adult life somewhere in the Texas Panhandle.

Dana’s passion for real estate began through flipping properties with Johnny, where they enjoyed transforming undervalued properties. This led her to obtain her real estate license, allowing her to support clients in selling, buying, or investing. Johnny Petty Owner Agent

Johnny Petty is a licensed REALTOR® and auctioneer serving Texas and New Mexico, specializing in farm, ranch, vacant land, and horse properties. A passionate real estate professional, Johnny has a keen eye for value and searches daily for new opportunities and properties with potential. His experience includes flipping houses, land, and farms, as well as actively working on his in-laws' ranch in New Mexico and running his own cattle. In addition, he buys cattle for people. Raised in Graham, Texas, Johnny studied at Vernon Junior College and earned his degree from Texas Tech University. His diverse background includes ranching, singing and songwriting, and cattle buying. She was first the Office Manager for Our Texas Real Estate and Drop Your Broker and has now become the Managing Broker. Maria Westmoreland Agent

Maria Westmoreland is a newly licensed Texas REALTOR® serving Amarillo and surrounding communities, specializing in land investments, small country homes, and acreages. Originally from the vibrant central Texas city of Waco, with nearly 140,000 residents, Maria and her family have embraced a small-town lifestyle in Wildorado, TX. Fluent in Spanish, Maria is also ready to assist Spanish-speaking clients with their real estate needs.

Maria and her husband, who met while studying criminal justice in college, are proud to now call Wildorado home. She holds two associate degrees—one in criminal justice from Hill College and another in paralegal studies from ITT Technical Institute. Her diverse background includes substitute teaching across all grade levels, coaching youth sports, and working as support staff in a couple of schools.

Recently achieving her goal of becoming a licensed REALTOR®, Maria joined United Country Real Estate | Caprock Properties & Auction. She’s an active member of the Amarillo Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®.

In her free time, Maria enjoys photography, running, attending sports events, and cheering on the Baylor Bears. She and her husband, an engineer with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad, have a large family with nine older children, while their two youngest, Daylon and Xoe, are in elementary school. The Westmoreland family is excited to be part of the welcoming Wildorado community and looks forward to this new chapter in the Texas Panhandle.
